Chief Financial Officer
Mr Gwee joined the Manager in July 2026 and heads the Finance team, overseeing finance, treasury, compliance and risk management functions for Keppel REIT.
He has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and auditing. Prior to his current role, he served as Lead Financial Controller at Keppel Fund Management, where he oversaw multiple funds across various markets. Before that, he was part of the management team that led the listing of KORE US REIT, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2025. He also held the role of Head of Finance at Keppel DC REIT Management from 2015 to 2017.
Earlier in his career with Keppel from 2012, Mr Gwee supported the Chief Financial Officer and Group Controller across a broad range of financial functions, including group consolidation, management and statutory financial reporting, annual budgeting and compliance matters. He also provided accounting and technical advisory support to various business units within the Group.
Prior to joining Keppel, Mr Gwee spent 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Singapore in audit, where he served as engagement manager for major clients and listed companies.
Mr Gwee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
