Keppel REIT's portfolio comprises interests in 12 prime commercial assets strategically located in key business districts of Singapore, key Australian cities of Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, Seoul, South Korea, as well as Tokyo, Japan.
The assets in Singapore are a 79.9% interest in Ocean Financial Centre, a one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre (comprising Tower 1, 2 and 3 and the subterranean mall, Marina Bay Link Mall), a one-third interest in One Raffles Quay and a 100% interest in Keppel Bay Tower.
The assets in Australia are a 50% interest in 8 Chifley Square and a 100% interest in Pinnacle Office Park in Sydney, a 50% interest in the 8 Exhibition Street office building and 100% interest in three adjacent retail units, as well as a 50% interest in the Victoria Police Centre in Melbourne, and a 50% interest in David Malcolm Justice Centre in Perth. Keppel REIT also has a 100% interest in Blue & William, a freehold Grade A office building in North Sydney that achieved practical completion on 3 April 2023.
The assets in South Korea and Japan are a 99.4% interest in T Tower in Seoul and 98.5% interest in KR Ginza II (previously known as Ginza 2-chome), Tokyo.
